I’m a 7th generation Asheville native and the founder of The Building Science Detectives. My work is built on one principle: buildings fail for reasons, not at random. My job is to find those reasons.
I work with builders, architects, contractors, and property owners at any phase of a building’s life. I don’t fix the problem. I make sure you understand exactly what is causing it so you stop paying to manage the symptom.
